An informal group and not too technical! Meetings have previously covered how to choose a digital camera and how they work. The group members can bring along their own photos on cd or laptop and display them to the group on the big screen.

Another area of interest for members is using proprietary software packages such as photoshop to manipulate pictures after they have been uploaded to a computer. Adjustments to the brightness, contrast and other properties of a poor raw picture can be made to much improve it. A series of tutorials help the group improve their photos with regard to lighting and composition.
