Yoga is movement for life and a way to vitality, health and energy. Physically it promotes stability,flexability and relaxation. Mentally, it nurtures concentration, balance and tranquility. Regular practice will re-establish the inner balance of the spine,and can lead to positive changes in your quality of life, whatever your age.
The lessons are structured around the importance of correct breathing, how we can link it with the mind to produce an intense energy that will free up and rejuvenate the body.
How we can use gravity and "letting go" during the Asana to create flexibility and space within the body as a whole, whilst always paying special attention to the spine.
Studio rental is €14 per session and shared by the Group. Commitment on a four weeks basis is agreed by the Group.
