As you are invited to join a Scottish Dancing Group already running you will be taught with the group and will follow their programme.

This has two advantages

a)  There will always be enough people to dance as a minimum of eight persons are needed.

b)  There are plenty of experienced dancers who will willingly absorb you into their group and this way you will learn very quickly. We will introduce you to the jargon and basic footsteps in the first few lessons and will give you extra practice if needed.

It will be necessary to join the UKCA to take part in this activity and to give a donation of €9 per year to our kitty which goes towards new CD's or any other incidental expenses. However, you can come for three weeks on trial and if it is not for you, you won't need to incur any expense
